Ways to Donate  Pet Food and Supplies  Please visit our Collection Sites page for a pet food collection site in your community.  They will see to it that all the pet food and/or supplies will go to a food bank or food pantry or a soup kitchen or a homeless shelter or a “Meals on Wheels” program for the elderly.     Monetary Donations (Be sure to designate how your contribution should be applied.) Photo by Alex Fabrikant  ·       Cash gift for our Grant Program goes to licensed veterinarians and other nonprofit organizations which meet our objectives, to administer vaccines and medical care to pets of the homeless.  Examples: $25 can vaccinate five dogs or cats for rabies;  $30 can provide heartworm testing for three dogs or cats;  $35 can vaccinate 25 dogs for canine bordatella (or kennel cough) ·       Cash gift to the organization for the purchase of Pet Food.  We purchase the pet food at wholesale through one of our partners.  The purchased pet food is shipped to the community organization of your choice (food pantry, homeless shelter, soup kitchen, so be sure to let us know.)  If you cannot locate one or one is not listed on our Collection Sites page, we will ship it to the organization that we deem the neediest.    ·       Cash gift to the organization for Operational Expenses such as website hosting and management, postage, office supplies, printing, accounting, etc.  Your cash gift may be made in memory or in honor of a beloved pet or a special person in your life.  Please send your check or money order to:  Feeding Pets of the Homeless 2255 Waterford Carson City, NV 89703   Or send us a contribution through PayPal or your Amazon account  (Just click on either Donate button)       $

Donations are tax-deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.

Approximately eighty per cent of your cash donation goes to the "Feeding Pets of the Homeless Grant Program" to administer basic physicals, vaccinations, flea and tick applications to pets of the homeless or to the purchase of pet food and shipping. And approximately twenty per cent of your cash donation goes to the organization's operational costs.

You can obtain a book by Dr. Gary Ailes the co-author and a "Feeding Pets of the Homeless" Board Member of "Happy Tails- Hilarious Helpful Hints for Dog Owners"  with a suggested donation of $20. - all proceeds go to Feeding Pets of the Homeless.
